Holden VT Ecotec V6 Engine and Transmission in FISCHER, South Australia for sale

Holden VT Ecotec V6 Engine and Automatic Transmission.
Came out of a VT Commodore station wagon which suffered an engine bay fire around 5 years ago. As far as I know, the car had moderate km's for its age and was running fine prior to the fire.
I have had the engine sitting on old tyres under a tarp as a spare for my old car, a VT Berlina, which has since found a new home. I now own a VZ Adventra with the Alloytec engine, so this engine and gearbox is now not needed as a spare.
Description as photos show. The motor turns by hand off of the harmonic balancer, still has clean looking oil on the dipstick as well. All the spark plugs are still fitted, The alternator is fried, along with most of the wiring. The auto trans seems to have suffered no external damage at all.
Suit rebuild, but may be fine to use as is after changing over accessories from another engine. No guarantees but these are a pretty tough old motor and box.
Otherwise, could be used for a speedway or drift car, buggy, or a V6 conversion of your old EH or HR Holden. Repower a Hot Rod, it's up to you!
Price negotiable but no time wasters or low ballers please.
